Yin
Amelie
Having discovered yoga 13 years ago, in an old cafe in London, it soon became a deep love and passion of mine for its ability to calm, energise and push myself all at once. I knew one day I would do my teacher training and bring my love for yoga to people. I live on a big farm and love nature, life and the big outdoors. I’ll be bringing to my classes strength, fun and power along with time to connect to ourselves and still the mind.

Bella
I am Isabella. I completed my YTT in Sri Lanka in early 2023. Since then I have been a lovingly dedicated student and teacher of Vinyasa and Yin yoga. Yoga has gifted me so much knowledge, peace, calm and love throughout my young life, and in return it is such a blessing to share this beautiful and grounding practice with others. I really look forward to sharing space with you all as we learn to nourish and love ourselves through mindful movement and flow.

Hatha
Linda
A forever student, teacher, and lover of yoga. Like many, I first found yoga through Asana. I fell in love with the mind-body connection and the deep sense of ease it left me feeling. Growing more curious about yoga’s roots, I began my teaching journey in Indonesia, where I studied Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa. Yoga is the union we hold with the mind, body, and soul. A tradition I feel called to share. My classes focus not only on the physical practice (Asana) but also on the yogic philosophy and true essence within this tradition. My dream is to share this love with others, helping them create a safe, internal space that they can return to at any moment.

Hatha & Qigong
Nicky
My journey with yoga began as a way to find balance and peace and help soothe myself emotionally and psychologically during a time of upheaval and it has since become a sanctuary for my physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. A year after completing my 200-hour yoga teacher training in Melbourne, 2012, I studied a second 200-hour training which took me to another level. This inspired me to create a warm, joyful and safe space for my students to empowerment and healing. After relocating from Melbourne to Wonthaggi in 2022, my interest in Qigong grew so I embarked on a 60-hour Qigong Teacher Training Program with Nicole Lee. Join me as I help you to build and nurture your ‘life force’ energy, release tension, calm the mind and reconnect with your inner self. I believe yoga and qigong are powerful modalities for cultivating inner peace and enhancing self-awareness and I look forward to sharing my lessons with you soon.
